Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items
    If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Handmade Items
    Our Stock Ties, Door Stops, and Heat Packs are handmade to order and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at your expense.

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will reimburse standard return shipping costs after inspection.

International Shipping

Please note if you are purchasing from outside of Australia you will need to pay the customs/duty requirements of your country based on the value of your order. This is the purchasers responsibility to check what these costs will be before purchasing.

Please note shipping prices include tracking but no insurance.
