If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want You to be happy with your purchase. 

Eligible REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are subject to the below terms:

Items that are eligible for return are:

If you receive an item which is either faulty or damaged, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or refund the amount of the item.

Please be sure to read the product description carefully. Due to our Stock Ties, Door Stops and Heat Packs being hand made to order, only items that are received damaged or faulty will be accepted for returns. We do not accept returns for “Change of Mind” or incorrect size selection. 

Other items sold on our Website that are not hand made by us can be Returned or Exchanged for "Change of Mind". If an item is exchanged and the price of the exchanged item is more , You will be invoiced for the difference in cost, if the price is lower the difference will be refunded to You. Shipping cost for Returns and Exchanges will be Payable by You.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions: If your return is accepted, please contact us for the return address. You can ship the item back to us and if the item is damaged or faulty we will reimburse you for Standard Shipping Postage costs once the item is received and inspected by us.

 

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged by you

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are allowed to exchange a faulty/damaged item within 14 days. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged by you

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
