Shipping Policy
All stock ties are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. We take great care in crafting each item to ensure the highest quality finish. During standard periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer; however, we always work hard to get your order completed and posted as quickly as possible.
All other items are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and a handmade stock tie, all items will be shipped together once the stock tie has been completed. This ensures your order arrives in one complete delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund. -
Handmade Items
Our Stock Ties, Door Stops, and Heat Packs are handmade to order and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty. -
Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your expense.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will reimburse standard return shipping costs after inspection.

International Shipping
Please note if you are purchasing from outside of Australia you will need to pay the customs/duty requirements of your country based on the value of your order. This is the purchasers responsibility to check what these costs will be before purchasing.
